Dhun (the "Platform") is a software service provider and intermediary. Dhun is not an event organizer, promoter, or ticket seller. All events are hosted, managed, and fulfilled by the independent "Artist" or "Promoter" (the "Merchant").
The Artist is the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Any disputes regarding event quality, cancellations, or safety are strictly between the Fan and the Artist.
By using Dhun, Artists agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Dhun facilitates the split of funds but does not hold refund reserves.
Users who upload media to the Dhun WhatsApp Bot grant Dhun and the Artist a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and edit such media for the "Master Video" feature.
All prices displayed on Dhun are inclusive of all mandatory fees. The price you see first is the price you pay.
If the Artist cancels the show, they are legally required to issue a full refund via the original payment method within 30 days.
If you cannot attend a rescheduled date, you have 14 days from the announcement to request a refund.
All other sales are final. Use the Dhun Ticket Transfer feature to gift your ticket to a friend if you cannot attend.
Artists are responsible for all local taxes (GST in India / Sales Tax in US). For US users, Stripe will issue a Form 1099-K if you exceed $20,000 in gross sales and 200 transactions annually.
