We only collect your phone number and email address to deliver tickets. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Delivering tickets via email and/or WhatsApp
  • Sending transactional messages (receipts, confirmations)
  • Essential event updates (cancellations, reschedules)
  • Processing payments through Stripe

3. WhatsApp Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages (tickets, receipts) and essential event updates via WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by typing "STOP" in the Dhun Bot.

4. Payment Data

Dhun does not store credit card numbers. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe. For Zelle and Venmo payments, we only store the transaction reference — not your banking credentials.

5. Right to Erasure

You may request full data deletion by typing "DELETE MY DATA" in the Dhun WhatsApp Bot or emailing support@dhun.app.
